7 years in the making.
One lifetime ahead, Insha'Allah.
We didn't arrive here easily. We arrived here together — and that means everything.

0TH ANNIVERSARY
26 September 2025 → 26 September 2026
We didn't arrive here easily. We arrived here together — and that means everything.

It started in our hometown, Sirajganj, in 2019. We didn't know then where this road would take us, but looking back, every step led us exactly where we were meant to be.
Through 7 years, we grew up together. We learned how to be there for each other, how to navigate the hard times, and how to build a love that lasts.
On 26 September 2025, we said 'Qabul' and completed our Nikkah. That night was the start of our greatest adventure together, Alhamdulillah.

26 September 2025
Underneath a canopy of fairy lights on a quiet street in Sirajganj, we stood side by side and completed our Nikkah. After 6 long years of waiting, we finally said 'Qabul' and had the moment we had prayed for. You in your saree, mehndi still fresh on your hands — I had never seen anything more beautiful.

October 2025
The first mornings waking up as husband and wife. Learning each other's rhythms. Discovering what it means to share not just a day, but a life. Every small thing felt new — and everything felt right.

December 2025
Standing by the river in soft December light — you in lavender, me in a white jacket, the whole world feeling like ours. The year was ending but something in us was only just beginning.

Spring 2026
The days when nothing special happened — but we were together, and that made it enough. A walk, a meal, her hand in mine, the sound of the house when it is just the two of us. These are the moments I will remember longest.

26 September 2026
We said we would get here. We made dua for this day. And here we are — choosing each other on the easy days and the hard ones too. It was hard. But we made it.

364 days sounds like a number.
But we know it as mornings, late-night conversations, small arguments and big laughs, meals together, quiet evenings, and all the ordinary days we didn't know would become our most precious memories.
The moments that became ours.

The way you hold on — your mehndi hand gripping my arm, your gold ring catching the light. You do that quietly, without thinking. I notice every time.
The way you forgive me. Not with a big speech or a condition. Just quietly — you let it go, and you love me again. I don't deserve it every time. I'm grateful for it every time.
Your bangles. The sound they make when you move. A small, familiar sound that I didn't know would become the sound of home.
The face you make when you're about to laugh but you're trying not to. You lose every time. And it is my favourite thing in the world.
The way you dressed on our wedding night — saree, mehndi still fresh, new bangles on your wrist — and you somehow looked both nervous and completely sure. I will remember that forever.
How you stayed. Through 7 years, through the hard moments with Sabr, through my worst days. You didn't go. That is not a small thing. That is everything.

That street under the fairy lights. The first night we walked through it as husband and wife. Sirajganj never looked so ours as it did that evening — the city lit up, your hand near mine, a whole life just beginning. That street belongs to us now.
It’s been a long road since the day we first met. Back then, neither of us could have imagined that one day, we’d be living together — sharing a home, a life, and countless memories. 𝐒𝐮𝐤𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 for that blessing.
Our journey started in 2019, and now it’s 2026 — 7 beautiful years later. And on 26 September 2025, we finally said 'Qabul' and began a new chapter as husband and wife. ❤️
I still remember saying to you once, "Don’t worry, one day we’re gonna sit together and say — It was hard, but we made it." And here we are… living that moment.
It hasn’t always been easy. There were ups, downs, and times when I wasn’t the best version of myself. When I got angry, my words could be sharp — and yet, you stayed. You understood, forgave, and loved me through it all. For that, I’m deeply thankful.
Along this journey, many people helped us — in ways big and small. I don’t want to mention names, not out of disrespect, but because every one of them holds a good place in my heart.
Sometimes I still can’t believe this is real — that we’re husband and wife now. From where we started to where we are… it feels like a dream that we worked hard to make true.
Here’s to our story — written with Sabr, love, and faith. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐭. ❤️
Happy 0th Anniversary.
One year down. I still choose you. And I would choose you again.
